Hello, my peers!
I wanted to quickly address how to calculate dosage of peptides, along with some considerations before calculating dosages. First the considerations:
Understand Peptide Potency: Peptides differ in terms of their potency, meaning the strength or concentration of the peptide solution.
Reconstitution and Concentration: Peptides are typically supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders that require reconstitution with a suitable solvent. Please see our post about peptide reconstitution
Body Weight: In some cases, peptide dosage is calculated based on body weight.
Dosage Range: If there is a dosage range (i.e. 500mcg-1500mcg), It is highly recommended that you start with the lower end of the dose, observe the effects and adjust accordingly.
Titration Approach: Sometimes, starting with a lower dosage and gradually increasing it over time (titration) is recommended. This allows you to monitor your body's response to the peptide and make adjustments accordingly. However, this approach should be done under professional supervision. This approach is what is usually recommended for Melanotan I and II

Once the above is understood and you know your dosage, use https://peptidecalc.com/ for a clear picture on how much to pull to achieve the dosage.
Lastly, I want to emphasize that the information provided here is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider, peptide specialist, or licensed medical professional for personalized guidance regarding peptide dosage and administration.
Stay well and take care!
