    These studies demonstrate the potential therapeutic effects of BPC-157, including; counteracting cerebellar ataxia and impaired forelimb function, substantially reducing 6alpha-methylprednisolone healing aggravation, ex vivo outgrowth of tendon fibroblasts from tendon explants, cell survival under stress, and the in vitro migration of tendon fibroblasts, and recovery in disturbed lower esophageal and pyloric sphincter pressure in rats after 12-20 months of untreated esophagitis.
